I chose Village Eyecare based on its reputation, but my first appointment was unprofessional. The wait time was over 20 minutes, and once I was in the exam room, I was shocked to find the equipment visibly dirty. The lenses used for my screening were so smeared that they made my vision even blurrier. Because of this, I had no confidence in the prescription and declined to purchase glasses or contacts.
