Very thorough staff, also Dr. Grudem! The Doctor allowed my eyes to rest and redo the same steps to solidify my choices concerning the lens script! Very kind and Professional. Genuinely concerned for my well-being all around, not only my eyes. Very patient and focused on the damaged eye to properly coordinate with the healthy eye for writing up the prescription.
I had an exam done here and had ordered new glasses and contacts. When placing the order for glasses they never discussed with me any add on options to my glasses, I wanted them with Blue Light Protection. When I picked them up I asked and they told me it would cost $130 to add that on if I wanted. The normal cost should be $15-$30. I don’t recommend companies that rip off their customers. Would not recommend.
