Dr. Maillard and the entire team at Village Eye Care are outstanding! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional, making my visit a great experience. And the two friendly dogs are an added bonus that make you feel right at home! Highly recommend Dr. Maillard and Village Eye Care to anyone looking for excellent eye care and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There was little wait time. The exam was very thorough. This was my first visit and Dr. Maillard listened to what I shared about my vision and responded in a supportive manner evidencing that he heard me.
Dr. Mallard explained everything to me in a way I could understand and the staff was helpful and courteous
Dr. M is kind, thorough, and he explains what he is doing. His demeanor is very calm and calming (for my anxieties). Two or three times I had issues that needed to be seen right away and I was given an appointment that day.
On Monday i went to our urgent care facility with some sort of speck in my eye. After the provider removed that speck, he told me to see my optometrist. I called when I got home and got an appointment for the next day . You can't beat that fast response to my medical needs.Dr. Maillard is the best!
