Beware. I'm a long time resident. When I moved in over 20 years ago we did not pay utilities except electric. Now we do. $190.00 for my 2bdrm apt. They go by your apt size but by consumption. Under current management in the last 3 years my rent has been increased $100.00/yr So in the last three years my rent has skyrocketed from $1160.00 to $1650.00!!!
