I agree with the poor reviews. I don't understand why the practice bothers to reply when the issues are still present. They should spend more time hiring better providers who have better, more compassionate bedside manners. I saw Dr. Caroline Crabtree for acne, and the wait in the waiting room was longer than my actual visit. Her medical assistant was amazing, detail-oriented and caring. I saw Wendy, DNP at the Gardendale location and every part of the visit was great. From the front desk assistant, to seeing Wendy, to check out, everyone was kind, professional and thorough. Wendy is so knowledgeable about dermatology and made me feel so comfortable during the visit. Highly highly recommend Wendy and this practice!
Bad place, they only like money, they don't care about solving your problem. They charged me $225 for 5 minutes and 10 words to recommend a pharmacy product. Now they send me another bill for $96. They didn't solve my problem at all. And I have to pay $321 for nothing. I think they guess the solution and ask to come back to get more money.
