Warm and friendly staff up front, gentle and thorough dental assistants and a kind and professional dentist. The atmosphere is comfortable, clean and welcoming— even a spot for kids to play. I highly recommend it here!
Always have a back up plan when dealing with this office. 20+ years of being a patient and it truly keeps getting worse. I was told any problem we will get you right back in but their definition of right back in is days. If computers go down then you get “can’t help you computers are down”. I am currently looking for a new dentist. Do not go here if you expect decent customer service.
Dr Andrews fixed a tooth that two other dentists couldn’t. Nothing but praise for him. LH
I made an appointment for a bad toothache. staff was very accommodating & nice. came for my appointment. Dr. Fonseca found the problem & stated I would have to come back to get my tooth fixed. He knew my tooth was painful. the staff knew I was looking to get this tooth taken care of today when I made the appointment. while I was waiting in the lobby, a delivery person delivered a big lunch delivery. as I was trying to talk to staff, everyone was downstairs enjoying lunch. they left me standing at the counter. This dentist office has great staff there Make you feel very comfortable always smiling I would recommend this office to my friends and family When you’re in the chair the hygienist does a great job makes you feel very comfortable
