My son and his girlfriend rented an apartment at this complex. They lived there for one year always paid their rent on time, gave appropriate notice, moved out and cleaned the property. They requested their deposit be returned. It was not. It has been a year and they have not gotten their deposit back. But come up with really stupid excuses like you have to prove you made the deposit. This is ridiculous it's in the least! My son is a disabled veteran these people should be ashamed.
