A 35 year old young man moved in and lived there 2 weeks, his mother cosigned, he passed away, this company charged his mother 2 months rent over $2000 dollars! As if she has not been through the most horrible thing a mother could go through and They put profit over humanity!

My daughter moved out on May 7th and they have yet to get their deposit back and no one answers the phones or calls back when you leave a message. Guess this will have to go to small claims court
RecommendedGreat place to live with family. very quiet and friendly neighborhood and the staff is super nice and professional. I'm always recommending this place to my friends and family. The staff keeps the sidewalks, playground and etc nice and clean. Club members also throw fun activities to do here and there for neighbors to get to know each other.
Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living here. The staff is always nice. The pool was a huge bonus for me and the in home washer and dryers! That was something I couldn’t live without. The units are quiet, you can’t hear your neighbors but parking isn’t ideal.
Very nice and quiet apartments in a convenient location! When we were looking to move, we had specifics on what we wanted. Village Club had just what we needed and Lindsey worked with us every step of the way to make the right apartment happen for us on a shorter notice. The staff also plans happy hour meet and greets to get people in the community to know each other. I would definitely recommend checking them out!

I moved to Village in May, Lindsey was awesome through the whole process! She was very quick to get back with me with everything, so it went seamless. Anthony and Ty are great on the maintenance team. Great guys too, always friendly when I see them on the grounds driving around. Really great place.

A great place to live... The staff are very professional and courteous and care about the tenants. If there are repair issues, Problems had been fixed on time..you can recommend this housing community to anyone looking for safe and fun place.. Special thanks to Bridget, Shauntae, Lindsey .. 👍
