I am very disappointed in this office and staff. My father is elderly 74 years old and his Home health aid does nothing but sit in the corner of the room and tries to falsify her hours. My father needs help not somebody who doesn’t want to do their job and when he complained about it, nothing was done. He did not get a new aide the problem stayed the same and my dad is suffering because of it.
