Stayed over the Christmas Prelude weekend. Our family stayed in two condos.Have been going there for over 40 years.On the second night, believe it or not, we woke up because a mouse was chewing on the inside wall. It was so loud be had to move to the other bedroom When checking out the next morning we advised them on what happened.Their response reallyI sent 2 emails to them, They said the manager would get back to us, its January 4, still waiting

summer rental I have stayed at Village by the Sea several times. Each time was in a different condo. They are all decorated differently and privately owned. We loved the condo in the first group. We were on the top floor and we could see all the way to the homes on the ocean. There are salt marshes between the condos and the homes. Each unit has a washer and dryer, kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. Housekeeping came in every morning to empty trash and make beds. It also has an indoor pool. We had our wedding here and the staff were great to work with and the process was easy and the wedding packages made it less stressful for me especially since I was working in California while planning a wedding back home in New England and being 3 hour behind. #villagebythesea wonderful place to stay! It was nice taking in refreshing cool sea air every morning this week off the bedroom balcony. (15E). Staff was on point. Condo is amazing. Got much needed rest and nearby Wells beach completed our relaxation goal. Thank you!! We will be staying again.

Love this place! Beautiful Room and great staff! We were booked at another establishment in wells and showed up here on a whim as the other place was absolutely horrific. I pulled in here somewhat distressed and explained what was happening and luckily there was one room available. I wish I got her name but the woman at the front desk was so great. I was there this weekend for a wedding. Jamie and her girls were very accommodating and fun. The food was amazing. The rooms are very spacious and are all different. I hope to be back in summer for the true near the ocean experience.
