Stole my money and wouldn't let me take my cash out. don't do business with these crooks!
Banked at Zions for 25 years. My credit card was maxed out. I tried to pay off the account in full, from another bank, so I could use my card while travelling, since cash is not accepted in so many places today. Zions would only accept payment in full by phone, if the money was held at Zions Bank. If the funds were coming from another bank, Zions policy is to only accept the minimum of $35.00, allowing me $35.00 credit for travels.
