They seem to be more concerned about just making money rather than taking care of their customers and making a fair profit. Anytime there is an issue you don't feel much sympathy from the person behind the desk. Might as well just bank with a mega bank and get the same treatment.
The St.Francis branch is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I receive better customer service at Mc.Donalds. canceling my account asap ! They are snotty and rude to customers. I will be sure to let my friends and family know so they don't make the same mistake opening an account here.
