When I was planning our wedding in the Poconos, after not hearing back from another bakery, I was given the name of this place. I called and spoke with Danielle I believe. She was great to deal with! I gave her an idea of what I wanted, emailed her some sample pictures and heard back from her same day. I didn't know what it would taste like or anything. Loved my daughters donut theme cake. It tasted so good and looked great as well.
Paid $2.25 a cookie for my aunt's 50th party looked like my 5 year old made it. When I sent pictures with and email saying how embarrassed I was and hurt after being a customer for years is was a just oh sorry! Then told me they really tried!!!! Ever since the one women who used to take the orders that used to be there for year left it went down hill. Never again!

I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing job that was done on the cake I got today. It was a full sheet coconut cake, rum filling and French buttercream icing. The cake was loaded with coconut, super moist and decorated perfectly. Everyone loved it. Thanks again!

Was in a few hours ago and I bought a variety of desserts. Everything except the chocolate pb cupcakes were absolutely disgusting. One item was labeled a chocolate mousse; the cake was filled with some sort of apple cinnamon which was not mentioned on the label. The cake was soggy. The vanilla Swiss roll and the other chocolate tier dessert were dry and had an odd taste to it which made them both inedible. Our wedding baker cancelled one and a half weeks before the wedding. I set up an appointment with Elias the next day and they put my mind at ease!! They made themselves available and were so easy to work with. Plus, we think the cake turned out even better than what we had expected with our initial baker! We will definitely be using their bakery for future events! Thank you, Elias and Danielle!!!
