It’s a beautiful bakery, but the cutouts I got were stale...very stale. I also got a cake for my daughters birthday. The sign on the case said, “fresh baked”. It wasn’t. It was dry, and the icing was hard. The cake tasted ok, the decorating was nothing special, but it was ok too. Had it been fresh, it would have been an “ok” cake.
I was stunned when I walked in by the number of pastries. Everything looks so good, it was difficult to decide what to buy. When I got home, my family generously agreed to cut each into small pieces so we could try them all. Each was well made and truly special. We loved them all, but I think the Bahama cake was especially good. We are lucky to have a bakery like this in our area. Bonus: the prices are excellent!
We ordered cookie trays for our sons wedding, they came out absolutely beautiful and tasted great too. Our guests loved them. Thank you Elias Bake Shop, great job!
The owner and staff are wonderful people and everything, from the candy to the tiramisu, is delightful. I highly recommend this bake shop, you will not be disappointed.
Wish we had stopped in sooner! The staff was super friendly, the baked goods were delicious, and the prices were great!! We’ve shopped the market for years and are so glad there’s a bakery to match the fabulous products and services!

Elias bakery did my daughter's Sweet 16 Gatsby style birthday cake. Danielle was so friendly and attentive to detail. I provided a picture of what I wanted and when the cake arrived it was exactly what I expected. Great Job! Everyone commented on how beautiful and delicious the cake was.
