STAY AWAY! The management are such a joke here. All the amenities does not make up for their shitty so called "management" in the office. Lived here for 2 years and at first the first year wasn't that bad but by the second year it was just horrible. The AC they have doesn't even cool down a one bedroom apartment so during the summer your sweating like crazy in your bedroom. Awesome management, right next to Chico State, gated community and by far my favorite place I've lived here in Chico.

Dude, this place is legit! Of all the places if stayed, this has been one of the greatest. Every thing from the Community Center, the pool with poolside grills, the apartment itself, and the areas near by, to the office and th people therein, this place has been amazing. All the effort done by the members in the office to make you feel welcomed and then some has been incredible. I look forward to a long time of living here and loving it!
