I have lived in this apartment complex through many different names, I like it here I like the area, I don't have bugs nor mice as some tenants are complaining about. In the beginning it was great, we had a great team of management that handled their business. I have to say maintenance does come quickly when I have an issue which is not often in my apartment. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! IF NOTHING IS GETTING DONE AND IF YOU CALL CODE AND COMPLIANCE ON THEM THEY WILL NOT RENEW YOUR LEASE!!!!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. 2 words ….roach infested. Didn’t even move all the way in when I went inside the apartment at night and roaches were crawling everywhere. In the kitchen, the living room, bathroom, and hallway. Knocked on neighbors door and they all told me the apartments been infested for YEARS. Thankfully they let me move out but wasted money on a uhaul and my time for a known ongoing nasty issue. My advice is look elsewhere until they take the issue seriously.
