low class slums this is a drug infested building along with all that comes with low housing like having your mail box broken into along with roaches bad plumbing with undrinkable water and everything else that comes with living in a low class housing project without security
Great hearty,family friendly staff and community. The Village at Shaw apartment complex, which is located across from Savemart center at Shaw and Chestnut, next to Dog House Grill, is the best and most considerate complex that I've ever lived at. The community is diverse and very welcoming to new tenants. The management team is very considerate, understanding, and flexible to help our needs and are always open to talk to about any problems or situations that might unknowingly show up in your life. Affordable Units are small but decent size for couples and small family. Manager and staff are professional. However, there is no rapport between staff and tenants. This complex is average and is worth it for the price.
