Today I have made a phone call trying to make an appointment to see the property. Paul, the person who answered my phone call seemed on edge. He was kind of rude ( And I bet he is probably a nice guy, but for some reason he seemed on edge). Basically was cutting my head off when I was trying to explain I was looking for to be matched with roommates that may have similar characteristics as me. Bad experience. Maintenance people suck .. constantly have to press the issue to come and fix something. Landlord definitely NO HELP. Rude . AC been broken several times , misplaced and still broken during Texas hot weather. Landlord became disrespectful and told me i can move out of i wasn’t happy. Roaches, old , Hot , no sink disposal. Don’t move here just because of cheap rent . I’d give 0 stars if i had to
I have lived here at the villages for almost two years now. Our ac went out on December 16th and nothing was ever done. On January 13th the property manager emailed my roommates and I and told us we could either move to a different house on the property or move out completely by the 31st on January. Every house we’ve moved to at the villages has gotten progressively worse. The management, Lerie Fagan never responds, neglects maintenance issues, and does not care for tenants. No stars would be a better rating. From the day my son moved in we have had nothing but problems. Management is A JOKE!! You can’t trust anything Lerie says and she won’t return any texts or phone calls. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to live. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
