When i first started renting my apartment, DC Management was the owner. Mrs Kristi was a great manager and took care of any complaints or issues that we were having. Ever since SHSU bought these apartments they have been trashy and not maintained well at all. They closed our pool last month without notice to any of the residents and now we have no pool to spend time in the summer. This apartment sucks and so does the management.
