Management. Since day 1, the house was not move in ready. It took a lot of social media and attention for management to do something about the house to get it ready for us. They never get back to you. They have a voicemail company to take messages for them and they never call back. They don’t answer emails nor phone calls. Emergency numbers aren’t answered during emergencies. Maintenance doesnt fix things, they put a bandaid and hope it doesn’t break again. I simply attempted to get in touch with the GM to settle a dispute that most like didn’t involve the management group at all. I left 7 messages of urgent priority and haven’t received a single response The level of incompetence is unnatural and never experienced before in 10 years of renting. Plus the houses are literally Mobil homes built in the early 2000’s. This place should be bulldozed and the entire Management team fired. Not unprofessional. Just plan awful.
