Everything is good living here except for the micro manager property manager. She has destroyed any sense of pleasure for residents by removing every source of a gathering place to socialize. She claims residents are too noisy and messy. Everything must appear pristine at all times. I was told to go to my 'room' when I questioned her about the freedom of speaking to the maintenance man in the hallway. Her method of communicating with elderly residents borders on elder abuse.
No recomendado, no es seguro, vandalizan los autos en el parqueo y los de seguridad no se enteran, ni se disculpan, la Manager es un fantasma que nunca esta en el condomino, los apartamentos tienen filtraciones y aunque te quejes en la oficina no lo resuelven
Management is ok, but we have the worse maintenance ever!!! The only time things get fixed, trash gets picked up, or the building gets cleaned is if it's time for inspection. I don't understand why this building is so poorly maintained
