I recently moved in and had to have maintenance come shortly after moving in and they were quick and friendly.
Made me do there stupid pet screening which costs 30 per pet then after I paid for this service told me they wouldn't rent to me.. didn't want to accept ESA animal which is illegal.. drug this process out over 3 weeks.. thanks for nothing but rudeness.. the grounds r horrible so no big loss.. dead trees garbage broken toys laying everywhere
I would not recommend moving here unless you like living with mice and roaches. The grounds are trashed and the apartments leave you wondering how it’s legal to rent them and then when you move out they charge you for all this cleaning. And some of the staff leave you wondering if you And your belongings are safe.
they state they’re low income which is not the case. they’re upping my rent if i sign my lease for another year. it was 825$ starting and 895 with the 35$ pet fee per pet so i would have to pay 995$ a month.
