I would not recommend moving here unless you like living with mice and roaches. The grounds are trashed and the apartments leave you wondering how it’s legal to rent them and then when you move out they charge you for all this cleaning. And some of the staff leave you wondering if you And your belongings are safe.
they state they’re low income which is not the case. they’re upping my rent if i sign my lease for another year. it was 825$ starting and 895 with the 35$ pet fee per pet so i would have to pay 995$ a month.

they are corrupt and will break tenant laws , steer clear of this California owned and operated dump. Oh did I mention they have roaches?
