I give one star, I’ve lived here for almost two years. Upon moving in, there’s been nothing but issues with many things. No hot water for over 7 days during the summer time, being told to “not run my ac” in over 100 degree weather because the upstairs tenants unit was frozen over causing mine to leak out into my hallway, in 35-40 degree weather my heater doesn’t work and I’m being told by the emergency “maintenance person” it’s not considered an emergency and I have to wait until Monday. rents really cheap but honestly you get what you pay for- loud kids yelling slurs and catcalling you, yn’s walking around at night, the office ladies are always rude and miserable and the maintenance men like to go into your apartment without notice and don’t stop until you get a ring camera. the neighbors are always loud and messy and leave their trash in front of your apartment and aren’t considerate of other people. Worst first apartment experience ever !!! Theyre roach infested they discriminate against young people they messed my credit up wothout an eviction them kept trying ro find reasons to evict me but couldnt !! Theyre greedy money hungry
Management and maintenance are great—rare to find staff who genuinely care and stay respectful. The real issue is some of the kids and the lack of parenting. I don’t mind noise, but in my area, it’s messy—trash left around, drawings on walls and floors. We even have animals around the complex that aren’t even this messy. Staff do their best, but they shouldn’t have to clean up after that. Just be mindful of where your unit is, since dealing with that kind of behavior can be frustrating.
