If I could give 0 stars I would, first of all they are INFESTED with roaches and they try to play dumb like they don’t know about it. Second off these apartments are extremely ghetto and unkept the laundry rooms are DISGUSTING and the hot water is not hot unless you wait 10 minutes and let it run, Not to mention it gets shut off once a month. The pool is always closed due to other people ruining it we pay so much and have kids and we aren't even allowed to swim in the pool it's not fair management needs to do a better job maybe contact the people directly and let them know instead of shutting it down for everybody
I've lived here for 2 yrs now. The first day I moved in the water got shut off. And it continues to get shut off at least once a month due to emergency. There's mold growing everywhere. But they tell me it's not mold and spray bleach on it and paint over it. Cockroaches everywhere. No matter how much they come and spray they don't go away. Stray cats everywhere. Management and maintenance are great—rare to find staff who genuinely care and stay respectful. The real issue is some of the kids and the lack of parenting. I don’t mind noise, but in my area, it’s messy—trash left around, drawings on walls and floors. We even have animals around the complex that aren’t even this messy. Staff do their best, but they shouldn’t have to clean up after that. Just be mindful of where your unit is, since dealing with that kind of behavior can be frustrating.
