I’ve lived here for a year and it’s the NASTIEST place I’ve ever lived. Roaches, mold, dog waste all over steps. Pool is often shut down because of how nasty it is. Do not call management because they will not fix any issues, you will play a waiting game. I’ve lived here since 2023, and the property gets dirtier every year. The stairwells are constantly neglected and filled with trash, making it embarrassing to ever invite company over. To make matters worse, management does not treat maintenance emergencies with any urgency. My AC went out on a Friday, and I am not able to have fixed until Monday while my apartment is reaching a sweltering 102 degrees. While waiting to speak with the apartment manager, I witnessed an extremely concerning interaction involving an elderly disabled veteran who was simply trying to obtain information regarding his lease renewal. The resident explained that he had a cashier's check prepared for payment and was attempting to resolve questions about his new lease.
