The biggest rip off artists I have ever seen. My son lived their for two weeks. We paid to break his lease. They then called months later saying they were turning him over to collections for un paid rent. He hadn't lived there in months. They have yet to return his security deposit. When you try to call them all you get is that no one is available. I will be filing a complaint with the State of MN and the Brainerd police department for fraud. My attorney is who they will be hearing from next.
