I am a resident here of many years, Windsor has done a complete turn around over the past several years. Melissa the property manager goes above an beyond for the families and children here she really cares. The staff are all amazing too, they try so hard to keep the property well maintained, and are very kind. The property has really upped the scale for improvemnts the last few years. This place is Infested with mice black mold drug dealers and hood rats! No type of professionalism or peace at all whatsoever! The staff and management are Completely negligent nonchalant and careless when it comes to tenants and issues that need attending to!!! Shooting all the time at all hours of the day or night bullies putting guns to children's heads while they throw out the trash and office staff do nothing and make false reports if they don't like you or if you report them! This a great community for price all utilities are included, Maintenance does a great job as well as girls in the office.
