I had live there for 4.5 years. Had experienced 4 management teams during that time. Each having there own set of rules. The last management i had was very nice and personable but nothing got fixed. Sidewalk is cracked, fence by playground has been broken for a few years, service requested take forever if not completed at all. One management team did not follow ESA rules and lied about different animals. Dog poop everywhere. I asked 3 times for dog poop bin to be emptied. Never was! Lived here for 15 years and love the staff and neighbors
The neighborhood is nice and friendly. The management cares very much about what’s going on with your apartment. If you need anything fixed, they get it done as quickly as possible. They care about your opinions. Neighbors are friendly. And It is in a nice neighborhood.
