Management is horrible! If u work a regular 9 to 5 you can forget about ever enjoying the pool because it’s never open that long or after those hours... there will always be some sort of payment you all of suddenly have to pay no matter how current you are... I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!! And I’m very sure that all if not most of the residents there can agree to this! #THE WORST DECISION I EVER MADE WAS MOVING HERE.
I have not personally had. A bad experience but SO MANY others have. The manager is flat out RUDE and unprofessional. DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE.
A JOKE...DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE BEEN HERE 2 MONTHS & ALREADY READY TO GO !!! IF ANYONE IS LOOKING TO MOVE INTO AN APARTMENT RUN FROM HERE AS FAST AS YOU CAN !!!

Very well maintained and perfect location just off the highway into Baton Rouge.
Too full of people that don’t care for their neighbors. I have been living here for only a few months and out of all those days I have only been able to get a good night’s sleep twice. Yep, twice. Not because of things on the inside but instead due to rude low down neighbors and terribly thin walls / ceilings. Don’t come here unless you want to spend your nights looking at the ceiling wondering what you did to deserve this.
