I recommend nothing about this community. Unprofessional staff, financially corrupt management, no security, no check on outsiders parking their vehicles in the community, no security, no on time mantainance, etc. Not worth the rent money!

Good place to live in but bad management. The staff is not well versed with all the policies. My last month rent was calculated wrongly. So when I approached leasing office. I was communicated that I can safely ignore it and charges will be deducted from the deposit. But still after move out they deducted 130 dollars in the name of late fees. I showed them the full mail conversation proof. The miscommunication made from Gracy farms representative and still they never accepted their mistake.
