Been here for 4years . Everything has been fine except the maintenance which I think is a problem in most apartments complexes.Had some issues but they are working on getting it fixed. I would recommend this place for the price and comfort I have
HORRID EXPERIENCE. I had multiple issues with communication. Managers are constantly on rotation because they can’t keep employees. Maintenance is the same so requests never get done until months after IF it gets done. People are incredibly rude. I’ve been charged for multiple times for things they can’t explain. DO NOT LIVE HERE
I’m currently living here and I have been messaging management about the upstairs ac unit leaking down my walls since March, walls are wet, carpet soak !! They sent someone out 4 times and the problem still remains. Must be a bootleg hvac person that’s patching the ac up bc my floor is currently soaked in water in the living area!!
