High rent to put up with creaky floors because the construction is shoddy and they didn't nail the floor boards down. No thought to when landscaping is done. I was woke up this morning (Sunday 9am), to a tree trimmer right outside my window. Whenever landscaping is done the apartments fill up with exhaust fumes, being forced to close my windows in the heat is a bit ridiculous.
