Updated on 7/16/25: Currently, the leasing office does not respond to any phone calls and it takes them weeks to get back to you if you have any maintenance requests. Trash valet is included in our monthly rent but they do not pick up your trash on the scheduled days. You will have to physically visit the office to ask for any status update and you won’t be informed with anything nor head back from them after that. It’s so inconvenient. BY FAR one of the worst apartment complex's on the east side. It is really a shame - this place was once wonderful. Elena and her short-sighted staff have shown their ability to ignore important issues in many ways. Rodents, flooding, mildew, mold, you name it. Stephanie Zavala is a poor excuse for a manager. She couldn't handle even the smallest request. Elena and Stephanie are horrible.
I do not recommend leasing here. Although the pool closes at 10 p.m., some people hold parties until 2 a.m., with loud music and leave trash in the area. This affects the peace of those who want to rest and enjoy the facilities. The leasing team says they have already asked them to stop, but the situation continues, which I find unprofessional.
I honestly feel bad for anyone living in these apartments. It's like they don't see the value in every day customer service, but then promote these social gatherings - and it's just really unbalanced. They know they have poor service to make up for. It's a shame how this complex went down hill. Can't trust anyone to reply, pick up the phone, follow-through - nothing! Awful office staff.
It was ok when we moved it’s been downhill since then. No cleaning outside the apartments in hallways if you have a car and want to register it you need to stand in line to register, def not extending the lease next year. Maintenance staff is amazing but management has been too slow to deal with. Apartment are ok for the price but ignore moving if you want a smooth transition.
