I can’t wait to get out of here. This place has gone downhill since management changed. I’ve made complaints, did what they asked, and still nothing is being done. There are heath risks, only increased by the pandemic. Standing untreated water and an amazing amount of unpicked up dog crap. Unable to enjoy being outside. I’m also a veteran, a senior citizen, and am living with Stage 4 Colon cancer. Do your self a favor, stay away from this apartment complex. If you notice, all the good reviews were from a year ago!
This place needs to be on the restricted list for military families. trust me I'm going to advocate for that my husband and I have been here for over a year with constant problems. most are fixed but when it comes to the air conditioning they side step everything. they dont care about the heat or that you are burning up in an apartment that is 85 degrees I asked for a portable unit while the part was ordered said 2 other residents had those. ok so go get another one. they did not. just said wait another day. we have taken co... read more

My husband and I have lived here almost a year. I love my apartment. I like the fact that when I’ve needed things fixed they were done. New company has taken over and things will take time. There should be cameras around to monitor people and their fur babies. Some people don’t pick up after their dogs and some people feed the geese. Little know fact the yeast in the bread can give the geese and ducks a virus which can harm other animals.
Recently bought again, and everyone who was in the office before is now gone. Not very happy with the new people.
A nice place where you can live comfortably,safe and very affordable! Nice neighborhood. Staff and maintenance are approachable and friendly. They act fast if there is something to fix. Amenities are great! These are the reasons why I recommended my place to my friend who now lives beside my building😜❤️😍, and I will still recommend this place!! THUMBS UP!!❤️❤️❤️

I have lived here for one and a half year now and so far, so good! Admin has always been accommodating and never fails to attend to your requests and sometimes favors. Thay have a scheduled quarterly and yearly maintenance.
