I would give this place negative 2 stars if I could!!! The rent is too high for a property who can't properly maintain their property. When I first moved in I was pregnant and my house flooded from the bad rainstorm in January 2017. I HAD TO WEAR SHOES in my HOME. I lived that way for 2 weeks and all they did was reimburse me $200 off my rent. The house was cold as well because the heater was broken and they failed to repair it.
