Property is great, Owners not so much Beautiful grounds, great location, cute & cozy units! But if you provide your Social Security benefit letter for income proof, the owners will reject it if it doesn't have the current year on the header; which is ridiculous because everyone who gets these letters knows they're sent the year prior and details the income of the upcoming year. New Management! Morgan is the best! Ok, so I know what reviews are on here arent great but this place had a manager that wasn't great. Then Morgan started. She is available, has a great attitude and is responsive. I lived here for three years. Charlene, former manager was very difficult but I just stayed off her radar. Renter be warned Be very careful renting here. Small apartments, high rent, rude landlord. You have to ask a hundred times to have anything fixed and even than they will clam you are harassing them. My elderly mom lives here. The landlord has harassed, me her son, for visiting, and even worse tried to say she is not allowed to babysit her grandson. My mom is an excellent renter, she keeps everything clean and neat, pays rent on time, but because she is on housing and elderly they will be rude to her even to her face .Current... read more
Run by scammers Apartments are not maintained at all. Management lies about everything and is slow to respond to problems. Lied about laundry machines not being coin operated(they are). Mold grows in the attic and they blame you for all of it. Ventilation fans do not work adequately. Bathroom was not sealed properly and led to water damage, which was blamed on me. Management is very threatening and manipulative. Witnessed them perform unwanted door unlocks on other tenants and billing them for it.
