It was “eh” to live here most of the time, and frustrating the other part of it. I lived here 2 years, and the heat was out for a week to 2 weeks both winters I spent here. The air conditioning advertised is a window unit not meant to cool the size of the space so it’ll be 100 degrees in the summer pretty much day and night, even with windows open.. so be prepared to buy other air conditioning. New manger here named Maryland, very rude and disrespectful. I made a phone call to the office and it was on Sunday of this week, and I called the emergency after hours no one bothered to answer or return my call. I had to go into the office my self, I went in today and she was very rude to me telling me what I can and what I can’t say, the voicemail I sent was a little intese but if we pay high rent I want my clouthes clean!
