I took my dog in for a checkup last week and had a pretty good experience overall. The front desk staff were polite and got us checked in without much wait. The vet took time to explain what was going on with my dog’s skin irritation and answered my questions in a way that actually made sense. I didn’t feel rushed, which I appreciate.
