Tyler was so helpful when we came to tour!
Terrible management! Still haven't received my security deposit back OR an itemized sheet. They literally refused to fix my actively leaking water heater that was making my floor ooze for MONTHS AND CAUSING MOLD. They moved someone into the same unit less than a month later, and didnt even deactivate my door lock so I can still see that they never fixed the issues and moved someone in. The Hammocks at Camelot's 1 Bed 1 Bath is very nice and spacious. There is some glue that comes up from the floor through the cracks sometimes but besides that, I love my apartment. If I have a maintenance issue, it is easy to put in the work order request on the resident portal. Although they are good with responding to the work orders, the leasing office isn't as well with answering phone calls so I often have to go in-person to speak to someone. I strongly encourage anyone considering The Hammocks on 34th to do thorough research, read reviews carefully, and look at tenant photos before signing a lease. During the tour, you’re shown a pristine model apartment, but many important issues are not disclosed. Flooring Issues: The “renovated” floors leak adhesive, leaving a sticky residue that constantly seeps up and makes the floors dirty and difficult to maintain.
