I would NEVER recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The staff is completely useless and does nothing but make excuses for their utilities that do not work. I moved in early May this year and ever since move in day my AC has NEVER WORKED!!!!!!!! In MAY AND JUNE!!!!!!! Summer in Florida when it is over 90 degrees outside everyday. About the first week of move in, I let the manager Melanie know and Tommy the maintenance guy know. as a simple style person, I do like this place, not need to worry about the noise for or because of the two floors buildings. very close to my school where I have been studying. Like the big windows, and in the rooms, the main color is white and bright. I like the personal small yard too. people in the lease office are kind. there is some glue problem in my apartment, but I fixed it and they give me reasonable compensation.
When it comes to rent, mrs.Wickramasinghe she will work with you and ensure that you were not getting overcharged for frivolous payments
Melanie is the bomb.com she is a incredibly strong manager that really cares!
