Bad Maintenance. I have been living here since October, Apartment is nice, neighborhood is nice...but the maintenance here is very bad. I have had a leaky ceiling in my bedroom, and put in a request to have it fixed almost a month ago, and so far nothing has been done. Not only this, but I cannot get a straight answer from anyone as to when this might be fixed. Every time it rains, the leak gets worse. I have called and emailed at least 12 times, put in two different maintenance requests. Still no response. VERY disappointed... read more

Tricked. I've been here about two years in VILLAGE II, I've been a faithful renter and loyal to the community. I've had nothing but issues since moving in. I have to say, I am very unhappy. I have had numerous problems since moving in 2016. The first few problems were when I first moved in. Someone defecated in the toilet and left it, so the first time I opened my toilet seat, there it was, looking back at me.
