Our trash has gone two weeks without being picked up or they come whenever they feel like it. All the bins are over flowed and some on the floor. The park has an excuse that the trash truck broke down which is becoming an old excuse that this is happening way too often it makes me wonder if the property is even paying for our trash service. At one time, I was very happy, but now im not. They don't get facts correct before they accuse you of your dog running & biting. My puppy is trained not to leave the yard. However, the neighbors have dogs & they are running down the street chasing after bikes . The management only stay about 6 months & everyone has the rules they want to put in effect. They give out notice, but the people who have swingsets & trampoline are prohibited still are allowed or a red suv that get to back up 5 inches away from the red fire hydron. ... read more
Hello, I have lived here for 10 years. I just wanted you to know. That Ben Torres Julian the new manager now here at Villa West and candy have been amazing. I would also like to let you know that Andy and the other maintenance gentleman I'm not sure of his name that we're here in Villa West they are awesome also, there's not a day that goes by that I don't see Andy out here picking up trash in the playground or blowing weeds or doing his job. Update 3/4/21 RHP has the nerve to raise rent prices in the middle of a pandemic. It's absolutely disgusting that a company leaches off the poor working class during this difficult time. RHP made over $1,000,000,000 in PROFITS in 2020, research it. It's absolutely unbelievable that they can do this, the city of Greeley doesn't care, nor does the State of Colorado, very little regulations in the mobile home park business.
