I have lived in Villa West for 8 years and they are horrible. We have had at least 10 property managers in that time, and only 2 or 3 realized they were there for us not the other way around. Today, after the water was shut off for a second day in a row without notice, the snotty new girl had the audacity to tell me she doesn't have to tell us if the water is shit of for an hour or less per her corporate office (RHP) i educated her that they have to notify us 48 hours in advance unless it is an emergency. This trailer park should have a “no parking sign”so cars can’t park but still have cars be towed when they don’t put a sign. If you don’t want cars to park on cul-de-sac put a “no parking sign”.
