I’ve lived here since 2003 and I’ve seen it change hands many times. No one that’s owned it cares about the tenants or the park itself. All they care about is collecting money. It sold again in Jan. 2020. It’s may 24 and the grass isn’t even mowed in the front or in vacant lots. A lot of the people that live here now don’t take care of their homes or their lots.
