Misinformed by both the assistant manager and the manager. Unfortunately we took their word on something related to rent instead of looking at our lease (our mistake) but the at the very least Robert & Hancock could properly train their management. Over all, our stay at villa vinee was not pleasant. I’ve had issues with two apartment complexes within Robert & Hancock - please anyone who is thinking of renting here feel free to PM with details. Britany Meyer (the property manager) Is very condescending.

RecommendedVilla Vinee apartments have been great! My husband and I moved in shortly after we got married and it has been perfect. Nice size apartments, updated, friendly staff who are always willing to assist you! My favorite part is the beautiful property and central location. The maintenance team is amazing, very prompt with any issues you have and keep the grounds and pool looking fabulous!! We will miss villa Vinee, it has been a great home!!! Absolutely loved our spacious apartment!!!
Villa vine has been a great place for my wife and I to start our new lives together! We have been here for almost two years and love how clean the property is, how prompt the maintenance team is, and how friendly all of our neighbors are! So much to do around the are and great food as well!!
I lived at Villa Vinee for 5.5 years and only moved due to getting married to someone with a house and husky. The 1 bedroom apartment was large with lots of storage, including a walk-in closet. Maintenance were always friendly and very responsive to anything needing done. Parking is a bit tight, but I was able to park in the office lot and the staff were always nice when I would call in to work sick and forget to move my car. Villa Vinee is a great apartment option for anyone. The staff is incredible, the apartments are adorable, and the location is great. The staff is very accommodating if any issues come up, and they are some of the friendliest people I have met. Maintenance guys are approachable and get things done in a timely manner.
