I recently toured Villa Springs Apartments with my girlfriend, and I wanted to share some quick feedback on the experience. Overall, it was a decent visit. The leasing office staff was welcoming and made the check-in process smooth. The property looked well-kept, with tidy landscaping and clean common areas. New to the Houston area. Scheduled a tour with Malik and he was very informative gave us a very in depth tour of the units we were interested in.
So far I love this place. I did a blind move in and what I received apartment wise is better than the photos I saw online. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is I’m super disappointed the pool isn’t open. Why not? It’s still hot til Halloween. Other than that I’m very happy so far.
