New update: 08-31-2026 They are doing well at maintaining the units and property. Quicker maintenance requests completed. But we are infested with roaches much worst than before. I’m still currently waiting for HVAC cleaning as well. I wish they also still offered carpet shampoo at lease signing. I’ve been a tenant for 8 yrs at Villa Springs Apartments here in Houston,Texas and have been facing inconstancy in getting services for the past three years. I must say villa Springs has made tremendous efforts to cleanup the property. Engage with the tenets and simplify the process of rent payment and offers community engagement, which is a big plus it is always great to get to know your neighbors!
I really can’t stand living here after my downstairs neighbors moved in. They play loud music that vibrate my walls every week and I made 2 complaints to the office and I don’t think they did anything about it. I hate that I just renewed my lease and have to deal with this from them. It’s soo annoying. And it’s hard for me to even sleep sometimes. I’m currently pregnant and I work overnight…being woken up out my sleep every week because of this is insane. My kids can’t even sleep at night because of this mess. I really don’t... read more
