Great apartments. Maintenance makes repairs promptly. They pay water, sewer, garbage. You pay only for electricity and everything is electric. Swimming pool, gym, computer room onsite. Each unit has washer/dryer, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher plus garbage disposal. Only drawback are homeless in the vicinity going through dumpsters at night and there are no elevators but only 3 stories, so you have to climb 4 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor apartments.
