Love this Place, just spent a week for Valentine & our Hosts Hughes & Pat set up the Best Valentine Surprise in our Suite ever... after a wonderful dinner at Sage Restaurant in Hollywood Downtown, we came back at the Villa to be greeted with a Glass of Champagne by the fire & when we went to our Suite, it was lighted with Candles, a bunch of Valentine's gifts on our bed & in our Kitchen's Fridge... Real cool place to stay in Hollywood – 5th times I come back & I love this place.. Many new features have been added, like 32 Inches Toshiba Flat Screen TV-DVD combo, IPOD/IPHONE Stereo, New Paintings.. Outside they added 5 Beachside Cabanas, a Large Covered Bar-Full Kitchen for Party, events or simply Family reunion... Disappointing – We spent 5 weeks in Villa Sinclair in 2009. The location is great: 100 feet from the beach. But many items were very disappointing: the deco is just an accumulation of ugly bibelots, almost all of them being for sale! Don't take a suite on the ground floor if you don't like Cuban music: the owner loves it and the sound level is very very high. If you leave for a few days outside of Hollywood, don't tell the owner or he will take the opportunity not to change towels and sheets, with no benefit for you! The WiF... read more
