It is a great place to live in. Units are well kept and maintenance are extremely helpful. The current manager, Yolanda, is amazing. Her attention, experience, and problem solving are beyond expectations. Yolanda is pretty receptive and open to feedback. She is a great listener and pays attention to detail. She is extremely helpful and charismatic. When I have encountered difficult situations, she is a problem solver. She is not afraid of setting boundaries and expectations for residents. We are lucky to have her as manager.
I still live in this apartments it’s a total waste zero management honestly there’s no one to help you with your problems they have the new stuff they are worst than the old ones
I have been a resident at Villa Siena Apartments located in Fresno, CA since Nov 2019. I especially like that Villa Siena Apartments is a small, beautiful gated community that is professionally maintained throughout. The 3-bedroom apartment unit I rent is extremely spacious, very comfortable and modern. Our family is very happy living here -- along with the convenient 5-minute drive to their schools. Decent place. Far from luxury living. Walls are paper thin. If you end up with a first floor unit… you could have just lived under the rail road tracks. Royal T Management though Do not rent from them. They are happy to kick you out and hustle deposits from people desperate to put a roof over their head.
