Villa Siena is now under new ownership and new management! As of October 2011, we have begun renovating the property and want this to be the place you call home! We have newly renovated apartments, new landscaping, parking lot restripping, new laundry room coming, new playground coming, new clubhouse coming, new pool furniture, newly repainted & reroofed, new leasing office! All aparmtent homes will have new wood floors, new carpet, new appliances along with lighted ceiling fans and lighting fixtures & new cabinetry.

Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you're a woman. I have been followed through the complex, male residents have tried to "hug" me (weird), and my neighbors would slip notes under the door. No matter how clean I kept the apartment and my kitchen there were always cockroaches. I think this was due to the lack of insulation (hello huge summer electricity bill). I'll been leaving at Villa sienna apt for almost 3 years already very friendly management if u ever have any issue they always try to help... it's a great friendly place to leave... I will highly recommended.
Posted this review on a few sites. This place is a disaster. They do a well enough job presenting a clean, and friendly location. They'll be sure to continually highlight their proximity to the park schools etc. Their front office is well decorated and maintained. But, for your sake, please do not be fooled by this. I don't recommend these apts every time something beaks down they take forever to come fix it I have to keep calling the office. Plus they are full of roaches everywhere.
I have lived here for five years and I have not had any problems. The management has been friendly and the maintenance staff has been efficient. I feel safe in my apartment and plan to live here for years to come
The people that work here really dont know what they are doing. When you call for something that needs to be fixed it takes them days to get to you. If you have a issue with anything they always dont know the answer and say they will get back to you and never do. They charge super outrageous rent for apartments that look good on the outside but have many flaws inside.
