I’ve been living here for about a year, and I have to give credit where credit is due. Oksana is an amazing property manager, keeping the property safe and clean. Oksana helps maintain a peaceful environment as I amongst others work a full time job. I would highly recommend living here.
I've lived here for about two years and can say Oksana and Mr. V are the reason why I am so comfortable here. They work really well together and actually take the time to fix things around the complex and keep it looking nice. Oksana works really hard in maintaining a peaceful environment. VJ- This is one of the best communities to live in here in Carmichael. The maintenance team is always available to help fix any issues in a timely manner. Not to mention the property manager, Oksana. When I have a question or need a quick fix in my apartment, she addresses it immediately. I have never had a manager who cares so much for the tenants while also enhancing the community to make it look even better. It's also dog-friendly, which makes our lives even better. Zero customer service the lady at office was very rude and unprofessional I don’t recommend this apt to anyone and the apartment smells disgusting
Apartment manager is not good working she’s every time not the office available
