VJ- This is one of the best communities to live in here in Carmichael. The maintenance team is always available to help fix any issues in a timely manner. Not to mention the property manager, Oksana. When I have a question or need a quick fix in my apartment, she addresses it immediately. I have never had a manager who cares so much for the tenants while also enhancing the community to make it look even better. It's also dog-friendly, which makes our lives even better. Zero customer service the lady at office was very rude and unprofessional I don’t recommend this apt to anyone and the apartment smells disgusting
