Quiet, safe, gated community with easy access to highways, the mall, restaurants, etc. In addition, the community is well-maintained and well-run. Look around at other communities and you'll find they go over budget, have issues with their property manager, do not have enough in reserves, etc. Yes, there are HOA Association rules, and residents are expected to comply with the rules. I have visited family at this community and it’s just a horrible experience. There is a gentleman who is transgender and has decided that he has the right to walk around take pictures of your cars, pictures of the visitors coming to your home. We are not people who condone this type of behavior, we pay rent just like anyone else. My sister choose a community that was safe, peaceful, and convenient located to the hospital where she work. Living in this place it’s literally living in hell, I moved in not even a month a go(purchased in may but just moved) n I live in great places always, pay on time, never problem at all, easy rules….
