Villa's has been my favorite Mexican restaurant since they opened years ago. When they had the fire I could not wait for the reopening. Went several times the first week back. Since the start of the pandemic I have ordered weekly, but no more. My food has come out later than time quoted, its been cold and even soggy. And, now after waiting a hour in the parking lot. They don't have my order and won't be able to work it in. So I'm done with Villa's.
what can I say...we are living through a Pandemic, it's 5 de mayo...never ever didn't i think I would wait for 4 hours on food!! ordered online at 446pm arrived to villa's Patio at 520pm because i was told 30mins via email confirmation, i figured it will be a little longer. i get here, it was chaotic! People and cars everywhere. at 8pm i am told my order will be out in 40mins!! i asked to cancel and was told wasn't possible because of new online system and weren't sure how to make it happen. after waiting outside in the rain... read more
Food is always hot and delicious.
We have been missing Villa's for a while now, so we decided to order takeout tonight. We were very happy to see they are doing curbside service, and the food was delicious, as always!
