Lived here for a year, while saving up for a house. My experience at Villa Roma has been nothing but positive. Liz is an amazing manager, anything and everything that was needed for my unit, only took one ask and it was taken care of within 24 hours or less. It’s a quiet, clean, and a safe complex which we never had any issues with while living there. The units at villa roma are pretty huge for the rent you pay, compared to the other neighboring apartment complexes in the area too.
As a long time resident, I feel like the company, and especially the manager, do everything here they are able to keep us safe and happy. They have added security and lights. The grounds are well-maintained and clean. This and other reasons is why most of my neighbors have been here for so many years.
